@beachesanddreams Yes the Prunes were a surprise to me too. Some doctors mentioned it so I did more research & found more info on what was in the Prunes. Margaret Martin a physio I have listened to said 50g was enough per day but it has to be daily.

@laura1961 Every evening, I put 5 prunes in about 1/3 cup of hot water, then microwave for one minute. I let it cool a bit, then cover and pop in the fridge.

I’ll eat a few for breakfast, then finish them as I prepare dinner. I love a few prunes over oatmeal, and I drink the water too. It’s sweet! I know it may seem odd, but this has other benefits too, and works for me. 😂
