@jeff1963 thank you for your encouragement. I tried condom catheter today for the first time and I am really impressed by how it has affect me physically and emotionally. I am learning with research that it's not a 24/7 fix but to go without pads for even a day is well worth it. I purchased on Amazon and can't say if one is better than another. I think getting the right size is key.

Its been 16 years since my Surgery, After which I was completely continent and 12 years since my radiation after which I was still continent, But six years after that, my incontinence started and has gotten worse over the years.

April 2 I am having an AUS installed. It should completely end my problems. They may leak occasionally, but a thin pad is all you need, at the most. It’s not the only solution there are others, but just give it some time, You may find the problem does go away.
