Can anyone please help me with withdrawing from Pristiq?

I changed to taking Pristiq every other day this past fall, then a few weeks ago at cardiac rehab a PT recommended I stay on it. 3 weeks later I ran out & the cost was $185, so I stopped 5 days ago. As far as I know I haven't had any side effects.

@flynnoverby by doctor is considering changing my Zoloft to Pristiq . I’m not sure how I feel about that because on Zoloft I am still having days with anxiety and depression. I know it’s winter … but not sure if it will be a better fit .. how did you like pristiq and how long were you on it. i’ve been on Zola for about 20 years.
