@irenea8 with the new sinustar2 does it mean you need to do two separate inhalations one for each nostril? I thought I would buy it for my husband

I watched a video (cannot remember where sorry) and yes two separate with the sinustar2. I concluded after reading up on the difference between the sinustar (older model) and the sinustar2 that I personally would prefer the original sinustar. But as stated earlier it did not seem to do much for me.
