@elisny I took a free online Harvard course last year and liked it a lot. I would do this one too. It couldn’t hurt, and it’s good to mix things up, exercise wise.

Thanks so much for sharing!

Some places have free or low cost exercise programs for seniors…maybe okay for people in recovery as well… in NYC there are several, one place with a fab indoor track…that said there are so many things we can do at home, with help from the sites mentioned here…. I love to dance around my apartment, simple things just to move !

@elisny I did Onero online and also Wellen. They were both fine, but I wanted more and found Lisa Moore, DPT on YouTube. Here she is demonstrating the LiftMor exercises that we do in the Onero class. Mind your form!!!

@elisny The Harvard online course I just looked up says it is $29.95. Is there a way to audit for free?
