@catpaws1948, MGUS is an English acronym meaning Monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance. You read more about it here:

Members in the Blood Cancers & Disorders support group sling around MGUS pretty readily because it is related to the development of altered plasma cells and increased risk of multiple myeloma - a blood cancer. Here is the Bladder Cancer group it is less known.
You're right that there are a lot of abbreviations and acronyms in medicine. I think you'll also agree that spelling out monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS) is a handful to type. 🙂
@gpspanea, do I understand your correctly that you were diagnosed with bladder cancer 10 years ago and you also have MGUS?
