I have tried one off amazon but it only lasted about a week then stopped working so thats being sent back. I cant afford the fancy/pricy one so guess I'll keep trying the ones off amazon until I find one that will stay working. the medicare one - ill pass - just something mental with me about breathing into a machine that someone else has used - as you have to rent the ones thru medicare.
