@beachesanddreams Hang in there. I was the opposite, I was so happy to start something and for me so far so good. Every day I take it is one day closer to keeping my bones protected, and one day less of taking this hormone.
Someone else on here mentioned that they were active after the shot (once ensuring no dizziness, etc.). Follow the prescription instructions and your doctor’s instructions but I will say that worked for me since starting—went and cleared and loaded dishwasher. Waited 30-45 minutes to work out. This is just what has worked for me, follow your own specific instructions! Good luck.

@ccps101 and I have two international trips within the next 9 months, so the tips here have been helpful. Think of all the people traveling with insulin, GLP-1 meds, etc. I am positive all will be well!
