@birdie60 I'm not sure if it's NC related. It appears to me that it's a mis-coding issue, likely by the provider. If you're concerned, perhaps have the WS center do a prior approval with Medicare?
Keep in mind the denial I received was for post-treatment inspection of the implants, not the original surgery or treatment.
