Hi Andrew,

My name is also Andrew. I know you posted about 5 years ago now, but I wanted to reach out and see how you are doing? I’ve had PIFP for almost 17 years now and I’m so sorry you’re dealing with this and have a family. I can’t imagine having a full life like that and having so much of it taken away or disrupted by the constant pain that comes with PIFP. It’s so awful that the pain is located in the head, as it makes even the simplest of tasks so much harder because it disrupts everything, including doing nothing at all.

If you want someone to talk to, please feel free to message me.

@whiterider Wow that is a long time to have PIFP. I have had it for nearly 5 years now and don't feel too good even still that I can cope with it. May I ask if you have any tips for getting by with the pain?
I anticipate, like me, that you could struggle with concentration and 'being present' with whatever you do. Work and driving are very frustrating with this. If you could share any wisdom you have to cope I would (and others who see this post) will greatly appreciate it!
Thank you
