@amriv , I’m same age as you. I’m on transdermal patch .05 mg, with 100 mg progesterone every third night. I’ve been on HRT for about 1.5 years and am still slowly modifying the dose to find the right combo of estradiol and progesterone.

My primary care doc believes in testing blood serum levels, which is why we keep modifying. Some docs don’t believe in testing (like my endocrinologist). If we weren’t testing, I would have settled on a different dose long ago— probably .0375 patch with 100 progesterone nightly.
