@gravity3 I am just starting to speak to a clinic about the pellets. I am 68 and fear that the pellets might not work for me, as no way to adjust dose once it's in. Did you have any side effects or need adjustments?

Use the topical cream instead.

No side effects. My functional medicine provider started me at the smallest amounts and moved me up slowly. I started on estradiol cream and patch with compounded testosterone cream. Then I transitioned to pellet.... estradiol and testosterone
Progesterone also.
