Loosening of knee replacement
Has anyone experienced loosening of TKR? Did anything help relieve pain? I am waiting for revision surgery and the pain is terrible.

Mine has loosened and become unstable. I need to have a revision but I keep putting it off. I am dealing with a lot of other stuff and I don't know if I can handle it. Good luck with your revision.
@carolynhughes75 thank you for well wishes. Do you have terrible pain and have you found anything for relief?
I am considering a revision because my second-opinion-surgeon recommended that as he said my pain, swelling, and fluid build up are a result of the original surgeon having used the wrong size artificial cartilage which left my knee too "loose." Has anyone had this type of revision surgery and was it successful?

My pain is getting worse and worse. I have been trying to delay another replacement but I don't think I can do that much longer.
