I have done this combo:

Estradiol patches
Estradiol vaginal cream
Progesterone gel tabs
Compounded testosterone cream

Now I use this combo:

Estradiol/testosterone pellet
Estradiol vaginal cream
Progesterone gel tab

@gravity3 I am just starting to speak to a clinic about the pellets. I am 68 and fear that the pellets might not work for me, as no way to adjust dose once it's in. Did you have any side effects or need adjustments?
