@grasping There is joy to be found but you have to look around you. There is joy in Spring. There is joy in children. There is joy in learning. There is joy in movement. There is joy in helping someone else. There is joy in feeling the sun on your face. There is joy in the sound of birds or the wind through the trees. I hope you explore some more.
