I am going to talk to my endocrinologist about HRT. I am 62 (13 years postmenopausal) and have used the creams from BioLabs Pro (Estradiol/Estriol and Progesterone). I would like to go on a transdermal patch or other low dose treatment. Can members share the products they are on and doses?

@amriv , I’m same age as you. I’m on transdermal patch .05 mg, with 100 mg progesterone every third night. I’ve been on HRT for about 1.5 years and am still slowly modifying the dose to find the right combo of estradiol and progesterone.
My primary care doc believes in testing blood serum levels, which is why we keep modifying. Some docs don’t believe in testing (like my endocrinologist). If we weren’t testing, I would have settled on a different dose long ago— probably .0375 patch with 100 progesterone nightly.

@amriv I am on 14 mcg Menostar and 50 mg progesterone cream and vaginal estradiol. I am 75 and 20 years past menopause. I had to go to a functional physician to get the Menostar and progesterone cream. My urologist prescribed the the vaginal estradiol.
@amriv im 60 postmenopausal too.. started low dose 0.025.. now i. O.0375.. it was a game changer for me ..stop night sweats , engery is up anxiety sleeps improved.. i even thought I had a frozen shoulder but must not of its better too! Even help me with brain. Fog... i had a total hysterectomy at 50.. started patch 59 1/2.. yes fir us their was a slight risk... but no worse then pharmaceutical drugs... so I felt its would choose the risk i was willing to take, plus the patch bypassingthe liver so that evenmakes yhe rusk less then pill form..... I also switch to a higher end vitamin, i take collagen peptides withfortiboneinit, it has very good reviews / studies about how it improvesbone density & started ostestrong program... good luck
I have been taking Forteo for about 1 year. Can one take HRT at the same time? I should have asked about this before I started taking Forteo. I had a full hysterectomy a year ago as well. I am 62 and probably went through menopause at 57. I don't have the night sweats and am not tired, but have no emotion and anxious.
