Unfortunately I’m no help with insurance as I was not on Medicare but I was able to be in the discount program at $5/dose every eight weeks. It was extremely successful for me bringing my eosinophils to zero. I had no side effects & was on it 4+ years. I only quit because I joined a clinical trial that doesn’t allow it. Highly recommend.
