@irenea8 How interesting that I just came across this . I feel like the crud I have in my throat in the morning is coming from behind my soft palate. I have pseudomonas and Absessus. I nebulizer 3% usually once a day. Sometimes a mix of 3 and 7. Already been through PIC lines and antibiotics 3 times. On a whim, I started exhaling through my nose. I also cup my hand over the mouthpiece and inhale through my nose on occasion. My thought being the same as yours, to knock back whatever is going on up there. I'll have to investigate the Pari Sinus Star. I've been considering going to an ENT, but ....
Thanks for sharing what makes my experiment make sense

It gets a bit complicated since Pari has a Sinustar 2 and the older model Sinustar. The nose piece is different in each one. The older model send the mist up both nostrils while the newer system sends it up one nostril at a time. So far it does nothing for my large amounts of purulent mucus that seems to be mostly coming from my throat area. But I suppose that could be bubbling up from the upper respiratory system?
