I am a 75 year old female with untreated lumbar scoliosis. I am told my curvature is 37
degrees. At present I am taking medication for pain which enables me to still take care of my yard, garden and dogs. The worst pain (right sided ribs and lower lumbar) stays about 3-8 on the pain scale. I would love to connect to others with this condition.

I am 64 with idiopathic scoliosis that wasn’t discovered until 3 years ago. I have an S curve with a 22 degree curve in the thoracic spine and a 33 degree curve in the lumbar spine. I rely on a small TENS unit, ice, and core exercises to manage the pain.
