I am 64 with idiopathic scoliosis that wasn’t discovered until 3 years ago. I have an S curve with a 22 degree curve in the thoracic spine and a 33 degree curve in the lumbar spine. I rely on a small TENS unit, ice, and core exercises to manage the pain.

ldawn, the exercises helped me for a while and I was able to continue riding and caring for my horse. As it progressed to 37 degrees I had to give up that life long passion. That was devistating to me and worse to handle than the pain.
