Netta here. 76 yrs. Diagnosed with severe scoliosis at age 60. My goal is to avoid surgery in my life time. Pilates 2x’s wk.

@nettamae, welcome to Connect. It sounds like the pilates must be helping since you have avoided surgery already for 16 years. How are you doing with pain and how much does the pilates help?
