@macsucks
It appears no one wanted to address this with you "Are you so lazy you can't create your own threads?"

I will try to help answer your question to give a possible explanation to understand what does happen...or how it possibly somewhat changes the subject...In reality someone may have thought it would help the person asking the question..
I believe that what happens is one thing, one thought, leads to another while a person is reading a post .... it 'rings a bell' that they think is related to the question and might be helpful. Such that one post may have brought to mind another subject that they feel may help with what was asked....such as side affects of the medicine the person is/was taking.
I understand your thought but I don't think it has to to with people being lazy in this type of cause and effect.
Sometimes we just aren't staying on track and saying to ourselves: "Wait should I post it here since I feel it will be something that might help with what the person asked and is dealing with etc. or start another thread that they might miss. They may have wanted to be sure the person would not miss what they had to say.
As we know in many circumstances...especially when one is dealing with health problems and time factors etc. we have to make decisions that will get matters accomplished in a best time factor. Maybe that also is the reason why we see the tea introduction???
Hope all is well for you where you are in this unusual weather pattern.
Barbara

@blm1007blm1007 I understand what you are saying. The following is the first post about tea in the thread I started.
Not related to this discussion but because I no longer see Mullein tea conversation: does anyone else find mullein tea effective but distasteful? Any suggestions for making it easier to drink if you really don't care for it? I tried sprinkling in ground cinnamon and cloves but the strong tea taste prevails.
This post says nothing about the tea other than taste. They ask if it is effective. Effective for what? If they want to introduce something like this to the thread, give a little background on what it is supposed to do. provide a link to threads about the tea. As I said, just plain lazy and disrespectful.

@blm1007blm1007 Thank you Barbara for your compassionate, always-caring, and knowledgeable replies and posts. You and Sue are the best!
