Is there a best way to carry it in dealing with TSA regulations ? Would one need some kind of doctor’s note ?

@nycmusic, hi.
I've been told that it is best to have the prescription in the case. But we never even see the prescriptions anymore. I've traveled domestically and internationally with Forteo pens and the little ice packs in my carry on. I place the little satchel in the tray separately for easy viewing and have never been questioned about the medication.
