@toujours I also have pseudomonas in my sinuses and have had sinus surgery. I use the Neil Med bottle sinus rinse with their sinus salt twice a day to keep it under control. I need to do this pretty much forever. It works really well for me…

Thank you for your comments. Are you able to offer how long you have had the pseudomonas and if it happened after the sinus surgery. Have you had many outbreaks and have you been able to recover from a cold without medicine? I have had repeated cultures and there is always something there, if not pseudomonas, (4 times), then heavy growth candida, as well as heavy growth bacteria that the ENT and infectious disease doc had never heard of: chryseobacterium indologenes and citrobacter koseri. What drugs have you taken to get rid of the pseudomonas. I have used: citro oral twice, levoflox oral once, gentamyacin compound twice and tobramyacin compound once. (all during the last 15 months, which have taken a tole on my overall health)It has been a life changing experience at 67 to have been otherwise healthy and now ridden with bacteria, difficulty smelling and oral medicine side effects.
Thank you for any additional insight you may want to provide.
