I’m so sorry to hear you’re going through this as I have been in literally the same boat. Mine started January 2024. They’re constant and affect my life daily. The ups and downs of hoping for an answer and still being told no one knows and nothing works is so freaking hard. Emotionally it’s getting exhausting and depressing.

I wish I had good advice but I don’t. Just wanted to say you’re not alone and hang in there.
