I just ordered ClearDose today that is supposed to balance enzymes and also has probiotics in it. I have tried lots of different probiotics. Some combined with prebiotics. Some on shelf, some refrigerated. I haven't found any that I can truly say works. I read up about deficiencies with your body's 3 enzymes today. They are supposed to all work together. If one is deficient, it can cause diarrhea. They won't arrive for 5 days, so I can't tell you if they work yet. I was diagnosed 18 years ago. It has been a journey. I had sacral nerve stimulator surgery 1.5 years ago, I can't say it works either. I really have to try and manage it through diet. I took at a test that showed I am gluten intolerant. I stay away from dairy, processed sugar and processed foods. It does make a difference. If I drink alcohol and sometimes coffee, even decaf, it's a problem...

MC destroys our microbiome. It's very important for us to grow the good bacteria back to keep the bad bateria at bay, which can take 3-6 months.

@donnagail
Good morning. Curious how the ClearDose is working for you after a month of taking it. My wife has MC too. Thank you
