@duncan78 the sensation is only the mouthfeel. When I took PPI’s for 3 months, all my symptoms were much worse which is why I stopped them and went to the alkaline foods. I don’t eat after 4:30pm. I do still have chronic stress with my Mom situation, improved but still there.

@derby0707 weren’t you placed on the PPI due to the oral symptoms you described? Your provider thought it was gastric acid regurgitated from your stomach causing the symptoms. But you said they made it worse and the alkaline diet is helping but not completely? Have you gone back to your GI provider?
