Yes, I did do allergy shots for 6 years. I had severe allergies to all the major tree pollens. Now, I hardly have any symptoms during pollen season!

Hi, I am fairly recently diagnosed with bronchiectasis, but have lifetime moderate asthma with severe asthma in childhood. I started allergy shots late November (for the second time). A few hours after I go outside without a N95 mask, or I am just out for too long; more than a couple hours outside total, I get flareups within a few hours. Cold air and allergens seem to be the culprits. Definitely more to manage with the allergy shots, but from what I have read it is difficult to manage bronchiectasis well if the allergies are not taken care of. The plan is that the bronchiectasis will be more stable when allergens are not exacerbating it; i.e. less flareups.
