Hello. And yes. My pulmonologist sent me a email saying we will discuss it March 20 but that he definitely wants me to do 3 month scans. Haha it was only my 2nd 6 month scan. It started as copd 2 years ago, hospital visit 7 nights,3 in ICU. I quit smoking,2 years ago. I've had 3 pulmonologist appointments and 2 scans since then and nothing being said says to me,great job on quitting smoking. I feel I was better off smoking but deep down I know that's not true.... I just wish there are answers to my silly questions. Like is this cancer,? I take a huge amount of Albuterol and corticosteroid breathers. My gp said in Dec gosh your lungs sound so good and clear breath a few more times for me to enjoy it. Haha any advise I love to listen and appreciate it.

@maroa, Waiting until March likely won't be easy, but it's great that they didn't say, 'get in here right now', too! 3 months likely makes sense at this point, and none of your questions are silly. It's scary to think that you may have cancer, but you may not too. I try not to take the time to worry about something until I have to, until I know for sure that I need to deal with it. That's not always easy, but it can help.
Congrats on quitting smoking. I haven't had to do it, but I've watched others in my life struggle for years. Quitting gives your body a step ahead at dealing with any issues that you may face now or in the future.
