@gently yes, my Dr has been doing those tests and other blood work every 3 months and they will be done again before I have a Reclast infusion. My doctor practices at a specialized Bone and Mineral Metabolism Clinic at a university. Based on reading posts here and elsewhere, it appears we are covering all the bases. Hoping I manage ok with Reclast. My Dr told me before I even brought it up that she prescribes fluids with the infusion.

@kplex Great results! Just be warned that the Tymlos gains after a year are typically much lower. I gained 15% the first year, 5% the second. I'm still happy about a total of 20%, of course. Try not to start thinking that you'll get down to -1.3 or something in another year. You'll gain something, and then you can move on to the next phase.
