I completely agree with the comments re Mama Bear. I found no relief at all. CBD cream helps minimally but it does help. I have started to take ALA and increased doses of B -12. My symptoms are mostly numbness in both legs ( knees down) and slight weakness in my hands. A lot of the so called remedies sound appealing but most are rip offs. I’m doing some research into red light therapy but there’s not much out there.
