Jeff. I think u do not understand exactly how alcohol , even a small amount ,dulls millions of tiny villi lining your intestine. So B12 does not get absorbed. B12 not only makes new blood cells. it makes our nerves insulation
The brains white matter is insulation protecting trillions of nerves. Same thru whole body down to your feet. Suggest you try placing a glass of water or juice beside your comfortable recliner. Bugger the pleasure. You have a bad habit. like smokers have.

@jamessaxo Thanks for the advice, although I found it somewhat scientifically challenged and a bit judgemental.
