Yes dry orgasm can be very pleasurable. It’s not as intense as before but still feels good.

@buffalo1 Hello, I had my prostatectomy on October 22, 2025 and hoping for recovery! Glad to get rid of the cancer but sad it caused loss of function. How long has it been for you and have you regained function?
