I am 75 today and feel like I have been given a prison sentence, but the thought of losing my husband more each day is even more terror. I keep telling myself to focus on having joy but the constant caregiving is such a weight.

@boppi Sorry it's such a heavy weight. I give myself time to grieve the loss then allow time to cherish what I can in the moment. It's so up & down. Hope you can find something joyful today even if just a few minutes.
