Almost no one understands the anguish associated with PC. It robs you of sexuality and probably will shorten your life. For me my PC has returned after 10 years and then add that to the crushing loss of sexuality and it’s a train wreck. Sympathy is meaningless. Marriages can be ruined. PC is cruel

You make good points. Fortunately my wife has stood by me for 16 years since I was 62 with the problems you describe. Mine keeps coming back.
I know I am a man, even after eight years of ADT. It just requires a strong will.
There are multiple options to get an erection. Implant works surprisingly well. So do shots like Trimix.
