@neisie13, funny you mention that. I was diagnosed with Vitamin B12 deficiency by my neurologist. (Important to get tested before starting supplements.)He suspected it had caused me various physical symptoms. Nor sure if that or post covid syndrome. No way to tell. Anyway, I initially went on injections then sublingual as I don’t absorb it well. My levels have been up for over a year. Sometimes damage is permanent. Oh, beware of muti vitamin. If it has B6…excessive B6 can cause serious damage. Neurologist cautioned me to never take extra B6. I’d check with your doctor.

I take magnesium supplements, with doctors recommendation. And, D3.

@celia16 Thanks for the information. I only take the multivitamin, fish oil for my dry eyes and a probiotic. So the only vitamins I take are in my multivitamin. I was tested for a Vitamin D deficiency and my levels were fine but I'll ask my neurologist if he would test me for vitamin B levels. I see him in March and have been waiting for that appointment for months!! I do remember now that you told me about your B12 shots!! I wish my issue was caused by a low B12 level but things are never that easy for me!!! Okay take care, we are still trying to shovel our driveway. The snow changed to freezing rain and now it is frozen solid and in the 20'a here all week. And of course the plow finally came by last night and pushed a huge pile of frozen snow right in front of everyone's driveway so we are digging that out today!!!
