@neisie13, funny you mention that. I was diagnosed with Vitamin B12 deficiency by my neurologist. (Important to get tested before starting supplements.)He suspected it had caused me various physical symptoms. Nor sure if that or post covid syndrome. No way to tell. Anyway, I initially went on injections then sublingual as I don’t absorb it well. My levels have been up for over a year. Sometimes damage is permanent. Oh, beware of muti vitamin. If it has B6…excessive B6 can cause serious damage. Neurologist cautioned me to never take extra B6. I’d check with your doctor.
I take magnesium supplements, with doctors recommendation. And, D3.
