@faithfully123 I have every confidence in my doctor, Lieske, at Mayo, Rochester. My swings historically were much worse than yours. I am always amazed how much kidney numbers vary. However, you can ease your mind some that you are not in the replacement number area. I found that a low oxalate diet combined with calcium at each meal helped my stones, which were much smaller than yours and blocked my tubules. Between Mayo’s Dietition and using an oxalate list from Harvard’s Chan school I was able to make real changes in my health.
