I choose the cheapest with a big customer base/ good name where I can get 950-1000mg of curcuminoids in 3 or less pills. I take so many!

It has to be labeled 95% curcumin. It must have pepper extract in as well, it massively increases how much of it you actually absorb. Ginger helps too.

I've just bought some from Weightworld but it's brown, and they aren't managing to convince me that this is OK. All my research says that if it's brown it's been processed and is not pure curcuminoids, but breakdown chemicals instead. They are still anti inflammatory, hence good customer reviews for arthritis, but they don't properly block the pathways that create RA like curcuminoids do.

Curcuminoids are orange. Turmeric is orange because of the curcuminoids.

My latest purchase is from Biorootlabs.com, a US company so prams available everywhere.

Hope that helps.

@cptrayes I started taking 1,000 mg (1 Tbsp, 15 mL) of Qunol liquid turmeric first thing in the morning and added 1,400 mg omega 6 fatty acid (per my doctor’s recommendation).

I just checked the label, and it is 95% curcuminoids with black pepper extract. That is for that info; I didn’t know to look for that.

The Qunol turmeric brand also comes in capsule form; two capsules pack 1,500 mg turmeric with ginger root powder (100 mg) and black pepper extract (10 mg) in the formula as well. I’m going to start these when I finish the liquid.

@cptrayes Thank you so much! (Sorry about the typo, autocorrect 😠 did it again.)
