@hopeful33250 no real symptoms to complain about. Some easy bruising. With PRRT now cancelled and platelet count unchanged. I am awaiting next step conversation mid-February. Consulted with another surgical group regarding spleen as it could be a culprit in slow platelet production. Spleen is relatively normal in size and they did not see a need for embolization referring me back to hematologist for further testing as well. Thanks for the support from all in this group!
