Why would they? Your PSA level is a function of hormones, not of orgasms.

@readandlearn It can TEMPORARILY raise your PSA levels for a couple days but then it goes back down. Same as if you rode a bike or we're doing vigorous exercise

@readandlearn Because, if you have an orgasm and ejaculation with a prostate , your PSA level will go up .
