I am in my early 70s.
I experience buttock pain radiating down to the calf while standing up from sitting.
Walking improves the pain.
I am here to learn from others’ experiences and lifestyle tips.
Not seeking diagnosis.

Dear Fellow Pain Sufferer,
Were you eavesdropping on me and my pain(s)? Of course not, but here I am
feeling like your mirror image. Most days the pain is so severe I can barely
go about doing my daily necessities ... but with God's help and my determination
... I somehow manage as best I can, to get through the day/night ... and then be
grateful to welcome the new dawn.

Tried every cream, ointment etcs and now into a brace(s) for all my 'unhappy' areas.
Went to many doctors, listened to their meager 'advice' as perhaps these pains
were not in their school's curriculum under title: Understanding and Compassion.

All that aside, from me to you, good luck and pray you find the way to get some relief.
It's not easy to keep on ... keeping on. But considering the alternative, let's keep on -
keeping on, With God's help and our determination, our research (and patience), we will succeed.

Good Luck to you, me and to all fellow sufferers in our Fellow Pain Sufferers Club.
