My doctor suggested this. Because someone said they can be too strong and it’s helpful to have a long handle, I ordered a deep-tissue massager from Wahl off of Amazon for $49.99. It has the long handle and strength can be adjusted so it’s not too strong. It’s not easy to maneuver but I do think it helps to target those areas where you have mucus plugs. My next scan will let me know if it has helped, but I also use a vest. I think it’s a little stronger than my vest, which I find helpful.
