@mariouk Good evening

I notice you have not been on this Forum for quite a while now. My partner has just been diagnosed with 3 to 4 mm ipmns and she is very worried and has only had minimal info. Currently waiting for a 6 monthly MRCP.

Welcome, @ukchris59. I hope you saw the response that @mariouk wrote to you. It's hard not to worry.

Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) is a benign pancreatic cyst in the ducts of your pancreas. Many people have no symptoms from pancreatic cysts. They are often found when imaging tests of the abdomen are done for another reason. Here's more info from Mayo Clinic

How were your partner's IPMNs discovered? Does she have any symptoms?
