This is tricky and long-term whateveryoudecide may be harmful if there are other conditions that none of us is aware of. IOW, see a doctor, and follow the prescriptions and advice if any are forthcoming.

Low BP may be due to heart failure, valve failure, arrythmia, poor electrolyte balance, too little sodium (although that usually makes a person feel quite ill), dehydration. The thing is...............................................which is it? Then, what should be done for your mum? Will that do something worse? How will you predict it? With what information that is reproducible and veridical?

The long and the short of it is that this needs a physician's assessment and advice....and follow-up. We can make suggestions, but always with the caveat that we don't know what comorbidities your mum is dealing with, her history, her age, her body weight, any endocrine issues,...the list goes on. We can't advise you legally or ethically due to this lack of knowledge.

@gloaming
Thank you for your reply . So yes she has other health problems, which is making this tricky . She has had blood pressure issues for quite some time with also having adrenal issues as well .
She recently came down with RSV , she’s mostly gotten over that , but it has really triggered all of her levels. She has been in and out of the hospital for this and it has also put stress on her heart . I can’t remember what the nurse exactly said but in her heart wasn’t functioning properly.
She was told to follow up with an endocrinologist and cardiologist which she plans to do so. She is home but where she lives , they have been affected by this ice storm and have no power .
So right now it’s kinda hard to go to the doctor . I’m just worried and didn’t know what else to do .
I’m trying to remember all of her medical history but If you have any questions or need to know anything else
