Hi @andycapp , You sound like you are ready move forward with healing. That's great. I'll be looking forward to hearing more after your appointment on Monday. Such as. what type of surgery will you be scheduled for? That can have an impact on recovery.

Hi @lls8000, My surgeon wants to take a look of my lung (mass and lymph nodes); so, on February 3rd he is going to perform a Mediaseternoscopy With Biopsy during which he will look with a camera and performn a biopsy of the tissue. He wants to be sure what to expect during the lobectomy. He also wants me to go through with Pulmonary Function Test (PFT)to see how well my lungs perform. I went through a PFT in October and my lungs performed surprisingly well. He wants to be sure that I will handle/recover well from the surgery. Once the two procedures are done, he will schedule the resection/lobectomy.
