To confirm I and others in this discussion understand what you are asking, you want to know if she can take polyethylene glycol 3350 (Miralax), lactulose and doxycycline simultaneously? And if the Cologard early cancer detection test would work okay for her after her surgery?

Yes! She needs lactulose for constipation.. but on antibiotic for bronchitis and I expect diarrhea, dr ordered doxycycline, tho most antibiotics do this
She's on a probiotic too
I really don't know if she can do the prep for colonoscopy ,even tho smaller amounts, pills available but she has awful gas too, and it's gonna be hard to actually get her to center for procedure with being profoundly autistic..
Plus the scope and anastomosis site, can it cause damage?
I fear if we ever get a really a diagnosis needing extensive treatment, can she withstand it, I don't think so:(
