@wangling Ling...I want to assume you drink enough water???? What I do for myself is also heat up a cup of plain water, I first have boiled it for 10 minutes, purified water, and that does help. I'm sure you know you don't want it terribly hot...not good for us that way. We need to do as much as we can to eventually get the mucus wet, consistently wet and us hydrated, enough to loosen it.
