Salty tast in my mouth from diagnosed with Sjogren's

@thisnthat Do you have the salty taste all the time or only when you are eating or drinking? For me it makes even low salt products taste very salty and the taste continues throughout the day, even when I am not eating.... and sometimes it's replaced by a sour taste so it's such a mystery!!

So far, the salty taste seems to come and go, and only when I am drinking water…but with dry mouth, that means drinking a lot of water! I use very little salt (if any) in my cooking, so not really noticing the salty taste there (yet)! Fortunately, no sour aftertaste.
Hoping this salty problem is a temporary glitch….🤞
