Very helpful, as I am newly diagnosed with MCI from my neuropsychologist.
But negative blood work for dementia/Alzheimer’s an imaging is good.
I continue to have mini strokes and they haven’t determined why yet, this is frustrating.
My cognitive abilities vary like a roller coaster -,sometimes I’m ON and sometimes I’m OFF and others I get overwhelmed and cry; Not because I’m sad just overwhelmed.
There is a mid ground where I function, and I am aware and for that I am grateful.
I structure my day and make a list for the following day and have the previous day list so I can reflect back on what I’ve done. This really helps.
My appetite has diminished though, and my willingness to cook for myself finding that I am not eating as well and losing weight. I’m trying supplement proteins and easy snacks foods.
Thank you for your share
